Terms and Conditions
1. General
The following terms and conditions and any other related rules that are adopted by Unique Timepieces and made available as provided herein (collectively, the “Terms & Conditions”) shall apply to all sales of products that you (the “Customer” or “you”) may order from Unique Timepieces Watches Group (“Unique Timepieces”, or referred to herein as “the Group”, “us”, “our” or “we”) on the Internet via the Unique Timepieces Website, identified by the domain name www.utpieces.com (the “Website”).
These Terms & Conditions are applicable to any order placed through the Website. If you refuse to accept these conditions, you will not be able to order any products from the Website.
Your use of the Website is governed by our Terms & Conditions. In addition, our information collection practices are further set out in our Privacy Policy. Should you wish to use the Website will also be deemed, by virtue of such use, to have agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions.
Unique Timepieces reserves the right to update the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Statement from time to time without prior notice, the most current version will be the one available on our Website at www.utpieces.com.
2. Eligibility to purchase
Only individuals (and not legal entities) who (a) have reached the age of eighteen (18), (b) have legal capacity to enter into contracts may order products through the Website. If you are under the age of eighteen (18) or otherwise cannot lawfully enter into a contract, you must have your parent or guardian place an order on your behalf and thereby assent to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Product Availability
All orders placed through on the Website are subject to availability and acceptance by Unique Timepieces. The Group further reserves the right to refuse at any moment in time, without prior notice, orders exceeding a certain number of authorized products.
4. Sales and Purchase
4.1 We will only deliver Orders within the following territories (collectively, the "Territories" and each a "Territory"):
- the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("China Hong Kong");
Orders may be placed in one Territory for delivery to another Territory. Your Internet protocol (IP) address may be used to determine the territory from which your Orders are placed.
4.2 By making online purchase at our website, you confirm and warrant that your Order of Goods is for your personal use as an end user, and not for resale to any third party or for any other commercial purposes whatsoever. We will sell and deliver the Goods to end user customers only. We reserve the right to decline your Orders if we reasonably believe that your purchase of Goods is not for personal use as an end user.
4.3 To trace/ identify the Order, we may take into account the membership account through which such Orders are placed, the credit/debit card used for payment thereof, your Internet protocol (IP) address and such other distinctive aspects of such Orders. Should there be any disputes arise, our determination shall be final.
5. Orders
5.1 In order to place an order, you may register or create an online account.
5.2 Order Process
Once you have chosen a product: (i) you may place this product in your shopping cart (ii) you may continue shopping for other products and add them to your shopping cart (subject to availability and quantity limits) or proceed to “Checkout”. You may also remove one or several products you have selected from the Shopping Cart. (iii) On the payment page, review your order details and personal information (including email, shipping address, billing address and payment information). (iv) Check the box next to “I have read and I accept the Conditions”. Then, place your order.
Once you have submitted the Confirmation, you may not, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cancel or vary the Order in any manner or form.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary provided for herein, Unique Timepieces reserves the right to refuse, cancel and terminate orders at any moment in time. For example, Unique Timepieces may refuse, terminate or cancel the order if there is an ongoing dispute concerning payment of a prior order or if Unique Timepieces suspects, in its sole discretion, that the Customers have engaged in fraudulent or grey market activities or have otherwise violated these Terms & Conditions or the policies incorporated herein by reference.
5.3 We make no guarantee that the products shown on the Websites will be available for sale at all times.
5.4 The shopping cart can only accommodate a certain quantity of products. The quantity could be changed and listed in the order. If you wish to purchase more than the quantity of products, you may complete the order and payment process set out herein for the first order, and then repeat the same process for the order that you intend to purchase, which is subject to the daily purchase limit and maximum aggregate value of goods.
5.5 If the order is accepted, you will receive a written acceptance ("Acceptance"). A legally binding contract for the sale and purchase of products between you and us will only be formed when an Acceptance has been issued. The Full Set of Terms, together with the Order and the Acceptance, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us in relation to the sale and purchase of the products ("Contract") and will supersede all previous correspondence, understandings and agreements, if any, between you and us in respect of the same. To the extent of any inconsistency between the terms of Order and Acceptance and the Full Set of Terms, the terms of Order and Acceptance will prevail.
5.6 The quantity, description and specification (if any) of Goods set out in a Confirmation will be final and conclusive evidence of the same. Despite the foregoing, while we will make every effort to describe the Goods as accurately as possible, the actual characteristics of the Goods (including but not limited to colour, grade, size, and materials used) may differ slightly from those set out on the Websites and/or Confirmation. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we expressly disclaim any representation or warranty as to the accuracy of the characteristics of the Goods, and we will not be liable to you for any inconsistency or discrepancy in respect thereof.
5.7 You are responsible for ensuring the completeness and correctness of all information provided in connection with your Order. We will not be liable for any failure or delay in discharging our obligations or performing our duties under a Contract if such default is related in any way to incomplete, incorrect or misleading information provided by you. You undertake to indemnify and hold harmless us, our officers, agents, employees, contractors, other representatives and affiliated companies (including but not limited to our holding companies, subsidiaries and group members) from and against all claims, losses, damages, charges, taxes, duties, costs and expenses incurred or suffered as a result of your provision of incomplete, incorrect or misleading information.
6. Prices, Tax and Shipping Costs
6.1 All prices shown on the product pages of the Website are in Hong Kong Dollars.
6.2 Unique Timepieces reserves the right to modify prices and delivery costs at any time without prior notice. The price of a product and delivery costs displayed on the Website, at the time Unique Timepieces provides you with a Confirmation of Order, will be honored by Unique Timepieces.
6.3 Actual shipping costs and applicable taxes, if any, will be reflected on your payment page before you are asked to confirm and place your order (in the case of a Website order) and will also be reflected in the “Order Confirmation”. Delivery costs, if any, are described in the shipping policy set forth below and specified on the Website. Sales and use taxes will vary based on the location to which products are being shipped. Delivery costs and estimated sales and use taxes are not stated on the product pages but will be added to the product price, if applicable, after you have chosen your delivery location and options.
6.4 Please note that changes to applicable law between the date your order is placed and the date you are sent an “Order Confirmation” may result in changes to the sales tax associated with your purchase. If the resulting change is an increase in the sales tax you are charged, we will contact you and ask that you reconfirm your purchase.
7. Payment
7.1 Currently, we accept Visa, Master, UnionPay, Wechat Pay and Alipay for online purchase at our website. When ordering on the Website, you will need to enter your payment details at the online payment gateway provider.
a. Your credit/debit card particulars will be passed onto the relevant financial institution through the payment gateway. We do not and will not retain any of your credit/debit card particulars.
b. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Unique Timepieces, you will need to contact your card issuer directly to solve this problem.
c. The shipment/ delivery will be arranged after payment is received, payment upon delivery is not accepted.
7.2 Unless otherwise specified by us, payment will be effected in Hong Kong dollars by way of credit/debit card accepted on our “Order Confirmation”. You hereby represent and warrant that you are the legitimate holder of the credit/debit card used for payment for the products. If the credit/debit card is not denominated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), the final price charged in your currency will be calculated by your issuing bank or card provider.
7.3 Original invoice for payment will be sent to your designated billing or delivery address. If the designated delivery address is different from the designated billing address, we reserve the right to charge you the additional mailing charges and reasonable administrative fees.
7.4 We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from:
(a) your failure to protect your personal data during the course of effecting any payment online;
(b) your failure to provide complete and accurate information during the online payment process; or
(c) any other reasons in connection with the specified mode of payment.
8. Review and Confirmation
You should carefully check and confirm all details on the payment page before placing your order.
9. Acknowledgement of Order
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed on the Website, you will receive a notification “your order is being processed” in writing (by email or SMS), acknowledging the details of your order. Please make sure that you save this Web Order Number for any future enquiries regarding your order. The notification “your order is being processed” is not an acceptance of your order. Following the transmission of the notification “your order is being processed”, Unique Timepieces will conduct its usual credit, anti-fraud, security and related legal checks and, if acceptable, will then process your order.
These Terms & Conditions will be provided to you with the notification “your order is being processed”. Please carefully review these Conditions of Sale upon receipt.
10. Order Confirmation
Upon shipment of your order, following completion by Unique Timepieces of its anti-fraud, security and related legal checks, we will send you in writing (by email or SMS) a written “Order Confirmation”. The “Order Confirmation” constitutes the acceptance of your order by Unique Timepieces and indicates the existence of a binding sales contract.
11. Collection Method
11.1 Upon the full payment is accepted and confirmed in accordance with the conditions above, we will arrange shipment after 2 -3 working days. “Pick-up at stores” and “delivery” options are available at your choice:
a. Pick-up at Stores: Pick-up at designated stores of Unique Timepieces.
(i) For the orders confirmed before 6 pm, the soonest dispatch date is after 2 working days.
(ii) When the products are ready for pick-up at stores, Unique Timepieces will contact you by email or phone as confirmation.
(iii) Pick-up time: 11 am – 8 pm
(iv) Either pick up the products by yourself or others, please bring along the original copy of your identification document with photo of yourself or the person collecting for you and a copy of the “Order Confirmation” email (this can be printed or displayed on your phone). You will be required to sign for your order upon collection.
(v) If the order item is not collected within 90 calendar days, the order will be cancelled. The order amount will be refunded after deduction of delivery fees, handling charges and insurance costs (if any).
b. Delivery: Free delivery to addresses in Hong Kong S.A.R. (except outlying islands).
(i) For the orders confirmed before 6 pm, the soonest dispatch date is after 3 working days.
(ii) We will not deliver the products to military or certain restricted areas, post office box, locker, hotel rooms, library, vacant flats, warehouses or such other locations as we may at our sole discretion determine as unacceptable.
(iii) We will require a handwritten or electronic signature by you, or an adult acting on your behalf, to confirm the delivery of each product, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
(iv) Upon collection of the products, please bring along the original copy of your identification document with photo of yourself or the person collecting for you and a copy of the “Order Confirmation” email (this can be printed or displayed on your phone). You will be required to sign for your order upon collection.
(v) Delivery Time: Monday to Friday, 11 am – 7 pm (except public holidays)
Should there be any suspensions of delivery caused by the worse weather conditions, we will contact you to reschedule the delivery as soon as possible.

11.2 If you order several products, Unique Timepieces will ship the order only once all products are available (no partial shipments).
11.3 We will try the best to make the delivery of product as soon as possible; however, we make no guarantee or warranty as to the delivery date and time of the products which may be affected by matters out of our control or any other uncertainties, including without limitation customs clearance procedures.
11.4 Time of delivery of products is our best estimation, which will not be the essence of the contract. Under no circumstances will we be liable to you for any delay (however caused) in respect of the delivery of the products (whether or not the same has been notified to you).
11.5 If we are not able to deliver the Goods to the designated delivery address due to reasons or uncertainties beyond our control or due to your provision of incomplete or inaccurate information or if the Goods are not picked up at a Unique Timepieces stores in Hong Kong, we are entitled at our sole and absolute discretion, without prejudice to our other rights and remedies, to refund to you the Price paid for such Goods net of any and all taxes and duties, shipping, delivery, handling and insurance charges, and we shall have the right to dispose such Goods in our sole discretion.
11.6 We reserve the right to revise any delivery service terms from time to time without prior notice.
12. Return & Exchange Policy
To protect the customer’s interests and ensure all products are authentic and new, neither return nor exchange will be applied to the products purchased from the website. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
13. Online Customer Service
13.1 Online customer service is available from Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time in Hong Kong (except public holidays in Hong Kong). While we endeavour to respond to each and every enquiry that you post as soon as possible, we are not responsible and/or liable for any delayed response or omission to respond. Our representative will make contact with you on your particular concern within the business hours. Should you prefer to talk to our professional consultant at your convenience, you are most welcomed to visit one of our stores which is most convenient to you.
13.2 Online customer service provides product and general sales enquiry, which the information given will not comprise to any contracts or guarantee.
14. Quality, Maintenance & Repair
All products listed and provided at our website and stores are authentic, the products are covered by the international guarantee provided by the watch and sunglasses brands. For any enquiries on the maintenance and repair, please contact with our Customer Service Department (the contact number and email is available on the website).
15. Accuracy of Pricing, Product Descriptions
15.1 We endeavour to verify the accuracy of any information it places on the Website, in advertisements or catalogues, it makes no guarantees, whether express or implied, in relation to the accuracy, reliability and completeness of such information. Unique Timepieces does not confirm the price of a product until an Order Confirmation has been issued by us, indicating the existence of a binding sales contract.
15.2 If a product’s correct price is higher than the price posted on our Website, then Unique Timepieces will either contact the Customer for instructions before shipping the order or, if Unique Timepieces cannot obtain your instructions, reject the order and notify you of such rejection. If the order is rejected and you have already paid for the product, you will receive a full refund.
16. General Terms
16.1 We will not be liable for any default of obligations or duties directly or indirectly caused by or resulted from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, terrorist attack, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour disputes, equipment failures (including but not limited to internet system failure), or any other causes beyond our reasonable control.
16.2. The terms & conditions, rights or obligations cannot be transferred to any other third parties without our written consent in prior.
16.3 We reserve the rights to update and adjust the full set of terms and conditions without prior notice.
16.4 In the event that any provision of the Terms & Conditions and contract shall be determined to be partially void or unenforceable by any court having jurisdiction and for any reason whatsoever, it shall be void or unenforceable to that extent only and no further and the validity and enforceability of any of the other provisions of the Terms & Conditions and contract shall not be affected.
16.5 The Terms & Conditions and contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong S.A.R.
16.6 The courts of Hong Kong S.A.R shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions and contract. Without any restriction to bring proceedings before a court, you and Unique Timepieces will first make reasonable efforts for a period of thirty (30) days to resolve amicably any dispute or failure to agree that may arise out of or relate to the product, the Terms & Conditions and contract or any breach thereof.
