Cartier will be spreading Christmas cheer among shoppers in the Galaxy Macau with the installation of a seasonal pop-up on the ground floor of the luxury resort complex.

Highly visible beneath Cartier banners, the pop-up will engage customers with festive sights and sounds. Its eye-catching centerpiece will be a snowy, lavishly decorated Christmas tree, while oversized renderings of the famous Cartier red boxes will be scattered around like luxury Christmas gifts – all providing a magical backdrop for photo-taking. Bells will tinkle merrily from a sinuous bronze frame, further enhancing the spirit of celebration.

Showcases will highlight some of Cartier’s most precious timepieces, such as its iconic Panthère, which reaches the pinnacle of hedonism when clothed in a diamond livery. In another incarnation, the Panthère Figurative, a green-eyed panther head with black lacquer spots reigns supreme above the watch case in an image of assertive femininity. And a golden panther’s head appears and disappears mysteriously in the spectacular Panthère Revelation, conjured by the wrist’s movements. A model featuring lacquer dial and strap in emerald green is simply perfect for the season.

Other collections on display will include the distinctive oval-shaped Baignoire watch, which is sometimes dressed in diamonds and sometimes stretches into an elegantly elongated form but is always the essence of French chic. For men, the pure design of the Santos has never looked more cool and sleek, and the skeleton model in brushed steel on a grey croco strap is this year’s must-have.

Unique Timepieces x Cartier’s Christmas pop-up will be located at the Opal Lobby, Galaxy Macau from Dec 11, 2019 until Jan 10, 2020. It will be open every day from 10am until 10pm, and will stay open until midnight on public holidays and the eve of public holidays.
